Antonio Rossi, Founder:
All the ingredients for our food are sourced from local suppliers, and we keep our ingredients as fresh as possible. No freezing, just fresh ingredients to you as soon as possible.
My grandfather owned an authentic Italian restaurant in Italy, and ever since I shared a meal with him in his very own restaurant, I knew I had to have a restaurant of my own and hold myself to a higher standard just like him. We plate our food like those fancy restaurants, but we don't charge you an arm and a leg.
